RMA Procedures:

1. Obtain an RMA by calling your account manager at 800-370-1095.
   (Please be prepared with your company PO number and the reason for returning the merchandise.)
    
2. After obtaining an RMA, package the merchandise in a shipping box, taking care to preserve the retail packaging. The label must clearly display the RMA number.
    
3. Ship the box via prepaid freight to the address below unless otherwise advised when obtaining the RMA.
