Our Return Policy

A Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) must be obtained prior to returning any product(s).

Lyme Computer Systems will only accept unopened product(s) with the factory seal still intact and the box in new, resalable condition. All return claims must be filed within 7 days after receipt of merchandise.

RMAs are valid for 14 days and returned merchandise must be received within 14 days of issuance of the RMA.
